Growth subscription: $1,000/month recurring via Stripe. You'll receive an invoice automatically each billing cycle.
Every LeadSeeker.com lead goes to exactly one contractor — you. "Shared" leads (what HomeAdvisor and Angi do) are sold to 3–5 contractors simultaneously. That means you're racing 4 other contractors to answer the same call. Our exclusive model means no bidding wars and better close rates.
Every lead is AI-scored before delivery. If a lead slips through with a bad phone number, wrong service area, or obvious test submission, click "Dispute" in your contractor portal. Leads scoring under 60 are auto-approved for credit. Stronger disputes are reviewed within 24 hours. Approved disputes restore your lead credit immediately.
Yes. Email support@leadseeker.com with your request and we'll pause new lead assignments at the end of your current billing cycle. You won't be charged again until you resume. Pay-As-You-Go contractors simply stop buying credits whenever they want — no action needed.
We're currently active in Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, and Fort Lauderdale. Multi-city coverage is available on Enterprise plans. If your city isn't listed, email us — we expand based on contractor demand and can often turn on new markets within 30 days.
LeadSeeker.com's charges to you are a business expense — deductible as marketing or advertising on your Schedule C. We don't issue 1099s because we're providing a service to you, not paying you income. Stripe sends transaction receipts for every charge; save those for your records. Consult your accountant for specific tax advice.
Per-lead charges are non-refundable after delivery — but you can dispute any lead you believe is invalid and get credit back. 10-pack holders who have more than 50% of their leads approved as disputes within 72 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund — email us with your dispute confirmation. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing date with no additional charge.
